Tom

Tom is a licensed Architect in 33 states and in Toronto, Canada.  Tom graduated from The Catholic University School of Architecture in Washington, D.C., and also studied Interior Design at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.  

 For 35 years Tom continues to find new and better ways to design hospitality projects.  He is ever aware of how important a line item budget relates to creating construction documents, which results in a project staying within the cost parameters established for the project.  He is instrumental in developing project budgets as well as requiring the project staff to adhere to preserving these budgets.

 Also, Tom reviews each project with the design team, conducts weekly project meetings, and reviews and certifies final plans.
